Vladimir Krasnikov is the founder and CEO of Russian Pharmalicensing Group and has worked in sales and marketing, and business development since joining the pharma industry in the early 1990’s. He started his business career with Janssen-Cilag, a company of Johnson & Johnson, where he developed the foundations of Janssen-Cilag in Russia being one of its first employees in Russia. Then, he continued his career path with Roche, GE Medical Systems, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals with proven strategic sales and marketing management experience. As a top manager at multinational companies, he successfully launched both Rx and OTC products and developed a business platform for companies' operations.
Vladimir therefore has more than 20 years’ experience in pharmaceutical business development in Russia and ex-USSR countries.
With a comprehensive knowledge of business development and licensing, and regulatory in the pharmaceutical industry, he has extensive experience of identifying, creating, implementing and directing business opportunities in Russia. Vladimir and his partners also have experience of negotiating and drafting a wide range of M&A agreements with both multinational and national pharmaceutical companies.
As an expert on Business Development and Licensing, and Regulatory Affairs, Vladimir has spoken at numerous international conferences including CPhI Istanbul 2014. He also participated in CPhI Japan 2015 and CPhI Russia 2015. Here is his interview on the events.
Vladimir Krasnikov proved to be an acknowledged leader of the Russian pharmaceutical market. He was awarded the European Awards Diploma for Achievements in Health Development in Russia in 2004. In 2005, Vladimir Krasnikov was awarded the Medal for Merit in the Development of Pharmaceutical Business in Russia.
